Becky is head chef at Wild Thing in Cardiff, a fantastic pay-what-you-can vegan cafe.
Becky started her food career in London, working for the likes of Oddbox and the wonderful community cafe The Platform where she co-founded the catering company The Local Squeeze which is still running today.
